Black businesses are vital to the economic landscape. The opportunity for Black businesses is to continue to grow and find ways to leverage their expertise for dynamic and stable growth. The partnership of the Minority Business Accelerator and Black Achievers is a catalyst to business growth to promote Black entrepreneurial acceleration within the Business Institute.
The need for training, focus and economic thinking around Black business sustainability is critical to building economic wealth within our communities. The struggle for some entrepreneurs is access to capital but also partnerships that boost and lend expertise to organic growth. The role of partnerships and teaming agreements can spark change within a business by exploring models, methods and resources to build capacity.
The work between Black Achievers and The Minority Business Accelerator's (MBA) as two distinct entities is driving successes to grow and acquire new businesses.
The focus on succession thinking and acquisition are methods to extending Black economic empowerment. Black economic empowerment is a vehicle for change to drive policy and support the voice, Black Lives Matter economically.
The time is now to support Black entrepreneurship and escalate preexisting businesses while developing new businesses into various industries for success.
