The Cincinnati Minority Business Accelerator as a partner in Lincoln Gilbert Grant is committed to the development of MBEs. The Accelerator is seeking 60 MBE’s with growth potential to potentially accelerate. The Lincoln Gilbert initiative is to double the sustainable amount of MBE businesses over the next five years.

In identifying 60 new high-potential firms, the objective will be to identify a minimum of 10-12 MBEs per year that the Accelerator and the Lincoln & Gilbert partners believe have the potential to not only reach the $1Million revenue threshold, but demonstrate the type of growth profile and business model that can continue to grow beyond the $1Million level.

When does the application process start?

There are three rounds of application submissions.

• The first application period opens May 10th at 12:00 noon.

• The second application period opens June 8th at 12:00 noon.

• The third application period opens July 13th at 12:00 noon.

What is the submission deadline?

• The deadline for the first application portal is May 21st at 11:59 PM.

• The deadline for the second application portal is June 18th at 11:59 PM.

• The deadline for the third application portal is July 23rd at 11:59 PM.
